Job Overview
Care Cubs is looking for an HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably from the EdTech industry, to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for academic, trainer, sales, operations, and corporate roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interview rounds.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Manage offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in EdTech.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
