Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a passion for retail operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations.
- Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Handle cash management and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and billing/POS systems.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
