Job Description - Head of Experiential Branding

About the Role
Shivam Video is seeking a visionary, creative, and strategic Head of Experiential Branding to lead the development of immersive brand experiences that connect audiences with brands through innovation, technology, and storytelling. This role is responsible for transforming brand strategies into memorable physical and digital experiences by integrating event design, AV technology, creative storytelling, spatial design, and interactive engagement.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in experiential marketing, event branding, spatial storytelling, creative strategy, and customer experience design. They should be capable of conceptualizing unique brand experiences while collaborating with creative, production, sales, and operations teams to deliver innovative and impactful event solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Experiential Branding Strategy
- Develop and execute experiential branding strategies aligned with business objectives and client requirements.
- Create innovative brand experiences that strengthen customer engagement and brand recall.
- Translate brand identities into immersive physical, digital, and hybrid event experiences.
- Continuously explore new experiential formats to enhance audience interaction and engagement.
2. Experience Design & Creative Concept Development
- Lead the conceptualization of event themes, brand activations, exhibition spaces, stage designs, interactive zones, and immersive installations.
- Develop creative concepts that combine storytelling, technology, content, and environmental design.
- Ensure every experiential concept reflects the client's objectives while maintaining high creative standards.
- Collaborate with creative teams to visualize and refine concepts from ideation to execution.
3. Brand Experience & Customer Journey
- Design end-to-end audience experiences across exhibitions, conferences, launches, experiential campaigns, and corporate events.
- Map customer journeys to create meaningful and memorable brand interactions.
- Ensure consistency across every physical and digital brand touchpoint.
- Identify opportunities to enhance visitor engagement through innovative experiences.
4. AV, Technology & Innovation Integration
- Collaborate with technical and production teams to integrate LED displays, projection mapping, interactive technologies, AI-powered content, AR/VR, XR, holograms, and immersive AV solutions into experiential concepts.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that enhance brand experiences.
- Ensure creative concepts are technically feasible while maintaining visual excellence.
- Drive innovation by incorporating new technologies into client experiences.
5. Client Strategy & Business Development Support
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to develop compelling experiential concepts for client pitches and proposals.
- Present creative ideas, brand experience strategies, and visual concepts to clients.
- Support business growth by developing differentiated experiential solutions that strengthen client relationships.
- Translate client briefs into impactful brand experiences that exceed expectations.
6. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead and mentor experience designers, creative strategists, visualizers, AI designers, and multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Work closely with Marketing, Production, Operations, Client Servicing, and Technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establish efficient workflows that enable successful execution from concept through delivery.
7. Industry Trends & Innovation
- Stay updated on global trends in experiential marketing, event technology, audience engagement, and immersive storytelling.
- Research innovative technologies, creative methodologies, and design approaches that enhance brand experiences.
- Develop signature experiential concepts that differentiate Shivam Video within the industry.
- Continuously improve creative processes to maintain leadership in experiential branding and event technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Branding, Event Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Communications, Design, Media, or a related field.
- 8–12+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event branding, creative strategy, exhibition design, or brand experience.
- Strong expertise in experiential branding, customer experience design, spatial storytelling, creative strategy, and event production.
- Experience with immersive technologies including LED, projection mapping, AR/VR, XR, AI-powered content, and interactive installations.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Blender, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or other visualization and creative software is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with technical feasibility, operational execution, and business objectives.
- Experience in events, experiential agencies, exhibitions, AV technology, media production, or creative studios will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
