We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide day-to-day executive support and coordinate with various external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling confidential matters, managing follow-ups, and ensuring smooth execution of official tasks with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and follow up with external stakeholders, including banks, GST Department, Municipal Corporation, Electricity Department, courts, legal professionals, Chartered Accountants, vendors, and other government or regulatory authorities.
· Visit government offices, financial institutions, and other external organizations as required to complete official work.
· Track pending tasks, ensure timely follow-ups, and keep the CEO updated on the status of key assignments.
· Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
· Perform other administrative and executive assignments entrusted by the CEO from time to time.

· Graduate in any discipline.
· Based in Ludhiana
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Sharp-minded, proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
· Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
· High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
· Ability to travel locally for official work as and when required.
Preferred Experience
· 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Office Executive, or in a similar administrative or liaison role.
· Experience dealing with government departments, banks, legal offices, or regulatory authorities will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,481.74 - ₹25,880.63 per month
