Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Incharge in daily store and warehouse operations.
- Receive incoming raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and other items.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and other documents.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, segregation, and storage of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and physical stock registers.
- Issue materials to Production and other departments against authorized material requisitions.
- Maintain proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the Store Incharge about shortages or excess inventory.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and assist in monthly/annual stock reconciliation.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the store area.
- Ensure materials are stored according to defined storage conditions and company procedures.
- Maintain records of inward, outward, material issue, returns, and stock transfers.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, and Accounts departments regarding material and inventory requirements.
- Ensure rejected, damaged, expired, or non-conforming materials are properly identified and segregated.
- Assist during internal, customer, and regulatory audits by providing required store records.
- Follow company SOPs, GMP, safety, and quality requirements.
- Ensure proper handling of documents and inventory records.
- Support the Store Incharge in implementing inventory control and loss-prevention measures.
- Perform any other store-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in stores, warehouse, inventory, or material management.
- Experience in a manufacturing or medical device/pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/software and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of inventory management and documentation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
