Job description:
· Calling the given leads as well as Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, or by WhatsApp
· Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints & Provide information to the customers
· Focusing on client's requirement
· Closing sales deals
· Keeping a record of calls and relevant details
· Updating customer details
· Maintain good relationships with clients
· Meeting monthly sales targets.
· Participating in sales team meetings.
Experience & Skills required:
· Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
· Excellent communication skills
· Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
· Client / Customer / Team orientated
· Good customer service skills
· Good team player
· Ability to negotiate
· Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
