The Role
We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager cum Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. This is a dual-responsibility role perfect for someone who is organized, a great judge of talent, and has a creative flair for digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resource Management:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Maintain employee records and manage attendance/payroll coordination.
- Foster a positive office culture and handle internal grievances.
- Implement and update firm policies in compliance with labor laws.
2. Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to showcase our latest architectural projects.
- Manage our presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Create engaging content (captions, basic graphic coordination, and reels/videos).
- Engage with our online community and respond to inquiries.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in both Recruitment/HR and Social Media Management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills: * Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and content creation tools (Canva, etc.).
- Excellent command of English (Written and Verbal).
- Location: Must be able to work on-site at our office in Panchkula, Haryana.
