Job Overview
Aeronot Perfumes is looking for a smart, attentive, creative, and highly motivated Retail Sales Executive to drive in-store sales and deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and selling skills, a passion for luxury fragrances, and the ability to build relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the store professionally.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrances.
- Drive retail sales and consistently work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Explain product features, fragrance notes, and brand offerings to customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and arrangement of products.
- Assist in managing customer queries, feedback, and after-sales requirements.
- Keep track of sales performance and contribute creative ideas to improve sales.
- Coordinate with the store and operations team for smooth daily functioning.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in perfumes, beauty, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Smart, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
- Highly attentive with excellent customer-handling skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to suggest new sales ideas and customer engagement activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated to earn additional incentives through performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹45,000–₹50,000 per month
Additional Benefits: Commission/incentives upon successful achievement of sales targets.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
