Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct valuation of land, buildings, and property assets as per IBBI and government guidelines.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports including market analysis, legal verifications, and site inspections.
- Maintain and update records of property valuation data.
- Coordinate with clients, banks, and financial institutions for valuation assignments.
- Ensure compliance with IBBI, Companies Act, and other statutory valuation regulations.
- Conduct physical inspections and collect necessary field data for accurate property valuation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in property and land valuation.
- Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and valuation software/tools.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling valuation assignments for banks, NBFCs, or government bodies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel for site inspections across Mumbai

Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
