The Opportunity
We're looking for a Performance Marketing & Content Executive to own our content engine and drive our paid campaigns — working directly with the founder. You'll shoot and edit reels, run our social presence, and manage our Meta ad campaigns end to end. This is a founding-team seat: you'll own the growth function early and grow into a lead role as we expand across Kerala and beyond. If you want ownership, real momentum, and a launchpad — not a maintenance job — this is for you.
What You'll Do
- Plan, shoot, edit, and schedule Instagram Reels and social content
- Manage day-to-day posting across Instagram and Facebook
- Set up, run, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
- Track performance, read the numbers, and improve ROAS week over week
- Coordinate with the coaching and media team to plan content calendars
- Keep the AEROBIX brand premium, consistent, and professional
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (or strong fundamentals + eagerness to master it fast)
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- A sharp sense of what makes content perform on Reels and Instagram
- Ability to read campaign data and act on it
- A self-starter who executes without hand-holding and takes ownership
- Freshers with a strong portfolio welcome; experienced candidates who want a growth seat especially encouraged
