Job Opening: Printer & Networking Service Technician
Location: Hyderabad
SV Systems and Printer Supplies is hiring experienced Printer & Networking Service Technicians to provide on-site support at bank branches.
Job Responsibilities
- Install and configure laser printers at bank branches.
- Install printer drivers and complete printer setup.
- Troubleshoot and repair printer hardware and software issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and replace printer spare parts such as cartridges, drums, rollers, and fusers.
- Configure network printers using TCP/IP and USB connections.
- Diagnose and resolve printing, connectivity, and network-related issues.
- Coordinate with bank staff during installation and service visits.
- Submit service reports after completing each call.
Required Skills
- Experience installing printers in banks is mandatory.
- Experience in printer troubleshooting and repair.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and printer driver installation.
- Hands-on experience with networking, including IP addressing, LAN, TCP/IP, switches, and network printer configuration.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues independently.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Qualifications
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Computer Hardware/Networking, or relevant field experience.
- Prior field service experience is preferred.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
