About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards.
