To ensure that the academic program promised to colleges and students is delivered consistently, professionally and according to the agreed schedule.
Job Role
This is the central academic execution role. The person is responsible for converting the academic plan into daily and weekly delivery across partner institutions.
Detailed Job Description
· Prepare college-wise and batch-wise academic calendars.
· Coordinate class schedules with partner colleges.
· Allocate and confirm faculty based on the approved academic plan.
· Ensure classrooms and required learning arrangements are confirmed.
· Track every planned class against actual delivery.
· Coordinate faculty changes and replacement arrangements when required.
· Maintain attendance and academic delivery records.
· Track assignments, practical activities and project milestones.
· Coordinate with college academic coordinators.
· Identify academic or operational risks before they affect students.
· Prepare weekly and monthly delivery reports.
· Support smooth execution of the internship and bootcamp schedule from an operational perspective.

· Academic calendar adherence.
· Class delivery versus planned schedule.
· Faculty availability and allocation accuracy.
· Student attendance monitoring.
· Assignment and project milestone tracking.
· Timely resolution of academic delivery issues.
· Partner college coordination quality.
· Accuracy and timeliness of academic reports.
Work Expectations
· The person must maintain control over every active batch.
· Last-minute class cancellation should be prevented wherever possible through advance planning.
· Every operational change must be communicated promptly to relevant stakeholders.
· Problems must be escalated early.
· The role requires periodic campus visits.
· The individual must be available during active academic delivery periods when urgent coordination is required.
· Documentation and reporting discipline are mandatory.
Eligibility and Qualification
· Graduate degree required.
· Education management, operations, business administration or related qualifications are preferred.
· Experience in academic administration, training operations, education delivery or edtech operations is an advantage.
Experience Requirement
· Preferred experience: 3 to 7 years.
· Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and schedules is strongly preferred.
