We are looking for a professional and highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Managing Director in daily business operations, scheduling, coordination, and communication activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
- Handle emails, calls, and official correspondence professionally
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and documentation
- Maintain confidential records and important business documents
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and management requirements
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational activities
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and organizational abilities
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Professional attitude and presentation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Good time management and follow-up skills
Preferred:
- Experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to CEO/MD/Business Owner
- Knowledge of corporate communication and reporting

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA Preferred
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
