We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sr. Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager - Field Sales to lead initiatives focused on generating and engaging with business partners to create new business opportunities for the company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and critical thinking skills, along with a proven track record of successfully executing strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client portfolio.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, company promoters, and rating agencies.
● Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and manage follow-ups until closure.
● Drive business development initiatives and achieve the defined revenue targets.
● Lead and guide the business development team to ensure successful target achievement.
● Work closely with management on business strategies and deal closures.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in Finance or a related field is preferred.
● 8 to 10 years of relevant Business Development experience in Credit Rating / Credit Rating Advisory.
● Previous experience in team handling and business development is essential.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to confidently engage with clients, promoters, CXOs, and rating agencies.
● Strong skills in lead generation, follow-ups, and client acquisition.
● Proactive and target-oriented approach.
● Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional language.
● Personal two-wheeler is mandatory, along with willingness to travel extensively.
