Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Store Manager to oversee and manage all store operations in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in inventory management, material movement, costing, record maintenance, and manufacturing store operations. Candidates with hands-on experience in ISO documentation and audit processes will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
· Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure material availability without overstocking.
· Handle all inward and outward material movements with proper documentation.
· Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
· Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
· Perform inventory costing and maintain stock valuation records.
· Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Accounts departments for smooth material flow.
· Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
· Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support internal and external ISO audits.
· Maintain all store-related documentation, reports, and records.
· Monitor material consumption and minimize inventory losses.
· Identify operational issues and provide effective problem-solving solutions.
· Implement best practices for warehouse organization and inventory control.
· Supervise store staff and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any relevant discipline.
· 5–10 years of experience in store management within a manufacturing industry.
· Strong knowledge of Inventory Costing and stock valuation.
· Experience in Inward & Outward Material Management.
· Working knowledge of manufacturing processes is mandatory.
· Good understanding of ISO standards, documentation, and audit procedures.
· Excellent record maintenance and documentation skills.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Software.
· Good communication and team coordination skills.
