Who We're Looking For
- Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Experience: 3–6 years of professional experience
- Strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage projects across multiple stages—from design development to execution
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, coordinate, and review GFC drawings
- Develop architectural designs and detailed construction documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Support project planning, execution, and quality control
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design intent
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Assist in client meetings and project presentations
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in hospitality, residential, commercial, and high-rise projects will be preferred. Proficiency in architectural software and a strong understanding of construction detailing are essential.
Compensation
₹40,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month (based on experience, technical expertise, and overall capability)
