A Sales Coordinator acts as the key link between the buyer and the exporter/company, ensuring smooth execution from order confirmation to final shipment. This role plays a critical part in coordinating sales activities, production flow, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle internal and external communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Coordinate order analysis and support execution from order receipt to shipment
- Follow up on sampling development and approvals
- Track and coordinate lab dips and customer approvals
- Manage accessories and trims coordination with vendors
- Prepare and maintain internal order sheets and reports
- Create and follow up on purchase orders
- Support and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely execution
- Communicate required quality standards to the quality team
- Act as a bridge between production and quality departments
- Provide shipping instructions and follow up on dispatch schedules
- Coordinate with the documentation team for export documentation
- Assist in inspection processes and ensure compliance
- Monitor and ensure on-time shipment delivery
