Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
- Ensure high standards of presentation, quality, and consistency.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor bar inventory and assist with stock control and requisitions.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth operations during events and daily service.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience as a Bartender in a hotel, premium restaurant, bar, or banquet venue.
- Good knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and a passion for hospitality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
