Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for Contract and Full-Time positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, indeed, and other job portals.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Work closely with account managers and hiring managers to meet recruitment targets.
Required Skills
✔ 3–10 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
✔ Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
✔ Hands-on experience with major job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
✔ Experience hiring for Contract (W2, C2C, 1099) and Full-Time roles.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
