Roles & Responsibilities
Manufacture and assemble HPDC dies as per 2D drawings, 3D models, and die designs.
Perform CNC milling, EDM, wire-cut, drilling, grinding, and fitting operations.
Manufacture and assemble die components such as:
Cavity & Core Inserts
Slides & Lifters
Ejector Systems
Cooling Lines
Runner & Overflow Systems
Coordinate with Design, CNC, EDM, Quality, and Die Casting Trial teams.
Support die modification, troubleshooting, and corrective actions based on trial results and customer feedback.
Maintain records of tool modifications, corrections, and inspection results.
Perform die fitting, assembly, and trial support activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Aluminium Pressure Die casting: 1 year (Preferred)
