We are seeking a highly skilled and certified SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert responsible for leading, implementing, and supporting the SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management (Time Off and Time Tracking / T&A) modules.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring global time policies are seamlessly integrated while collaborating effectively with key stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Implementation & Support
- Lead & Execute: Drive the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off and Time Management (T&A) modules.
- Configuration & Customization: Design and configure complex Business Rules, workflows, time accounts, accrual policies, and period-end processing.
- Global Compliance: Architect and maintain Time Off/T&A policies tailored to diverse cross-country regulatory and business requirements.
- Documentation: Author, review, and maintain high-quality technical design documents, configuration workbooks, and functional specifications.
Collaboration & Integration
- Cross-Module Alignment: Leverage a strong understanding of other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Core EC, Payroll, Recruiting, Performance) to ensure seamless system integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the EC-T&A track, managing expectations, leading workshops, and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting: Provide tier-3 technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex system issues, and managing SAP transport/release management updates.
Required Qualifications & SkillsCertifications & Experience
- Certification: Must be actively certified in SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off and/or Time Management.
- Project History: Proven track record with a minimum of one (1) full-lifecycle implementation project and one (1) dedicated support project in SuccessFactors Time Management.
- Domain Expertise: Deep functional and technical knowledge of the SuccessFactors Employee Central suite, specifically focusing on Time Tracking, Attendance, and Leave Management with 10+ years exp.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Business Rules: Advanced proficiency in building and debugging SuccessFactors Business Rules.
- Global Mindset: Strong understanding of international time policies, statutory holiday calendars, and shift differentials.
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently lead meetings, drive decisions, and manage project timelines.
