Supply - Need to ensure supply target is met by managing field recruiters
DE Productivity
DE Logins- Need to ensure Drivers are login as per the requirement each day
COD- Need to timely collect the COD from the riders on a timely basis.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Fleet / Last-Mile / Hyperlocal Logistics.
- Direct experience managing riders / delivery partners.
- Experience in rider supply, login and productivity management.
- Candidates from Quick Commerce, Food Delivery, E-commerce, Hyperlocal Delivery, Last-Mile Logistics, On-Demand Delivery or Mobility/Fleet Operations preferred.
- Any Graduation.
