PositionMathematics & Science Academic Coach
We are looking for experienced Mathematics and Science educators who are passionate about teaching and believe in concept-based learning.
This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy working with students, analysing learning gaps, mentoring learners, and continuously improving their teaching practices.
Who Can Apply?
We are looking for candidates who have experience teaching:
- Mathematics and/or Science
- Grades 5 to 12
- School or Coaching Institute environments
Candidates with experience in any of the following boards are welcome:
- CBSE
- ICSE
- GSEB
- Cambridge
- IGCSE
- IB (preferred but not mandatory)
What You’ll Do
As an Academic Coach, your responsibilities will include:
Teaching & Concept Building
- Teach Mathematics and/or Science with strong conceptual clarity.
- Help students understand the logic behind concepts rather than encouraging rote learning.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide individual academic support.
- Prepare students for school exams, board exams, and competitive learning where applicable.
Student Mentoring
- Understand each student’s strengths and learning gaps.
- Guide students in improving study habits and academic consistency.
- Help students become independent learners.
- Motivate students and build confidence.
Academic Planning
- Design personalized study plans.
- Plan revision schedules before examinations.
- Prepare worksheets, assignments, and practice material.
- Support syllabus completion according to academic timelines.
Student Performance Analysis
- Analyse student performance through tests and assignments.
- Identify weak concepts and recommend improvement strategies.
- Monitor academic progress regularly.
AI & Technology
We actively encourage the use of AI in education.
You will gradually learn and use tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- Canva AI
- Other educational AI platforms
These tools will help you:
- Prepare worksheets
- Generate questions
- Design lesson plans
- Create revision material
- Improve productivity
Previous AI experience is appreciated but not compulsory.
