- Supervise daily in-plant material movement using MHE such as forklifts, reach trucks, stackers, pallet trucks, tuggers, and other warehouse equipment.
- Allocate manpower and MHE based on operational requirements and production priorities.
- Monitor productivity, equipment utilization, and operational efficiency to achieve defined KPIs.
- Ensure timely loading, unloading, put-away, line feeding, and dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, quality, maintenance, and dispatch teams for smooth material flow.
- Maintain adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and customer-specific operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including PPE usage, speed limits, and safe MHE operating practices.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and shift handovers.
- Monitor operator attendance, discipline, leave management, and shift scheduling.
- Verify pre-start inspection checklists and report equipment breakdowns to the maintenance team.
- Ensure proper documentation, inventory accuracy, and transaction updates in ERP/WMS or manual registers.
- Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, cost, and safety.
- Train, coach, and develop MHE operators and helpers to improve operational performance.
- Ensure housekeeping standards (5S) are maintained across operational areas.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports, productivity reports, and incident reports.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
