Josisoft Technologies is looking for an experienced Paid Marketing Specialist who can plan, manage, optimize, and report on paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads and be capable of managing both our company’s campaigns and our clients’ campaigns to generate high-quality leads and measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Manage advertising campaigns for both our company and our clients.
- Generate high-quality leads through targeted paid marketing strategies.
- Research target audiences, keywords, interests, and competitor campaigns.
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Track leads, conversions, and campaign results using analytics and reporting tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports for internal teams and clients.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality.
- Suggest budget allocation and campaign improvements based on performance data.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and client expectations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
