· Responsible for operation & Process Optimization in line with cycle time target like Maximum OEE, Good quality, follow process sheet for running mc smoothly , Zero breakdown, Zero accident and Good 5S , Discipline of his line.
· Production supervisor shall review Production Plan vis-a- vis actual Production, on daily basis along with team. Any deviation shall be discussed, necessary actions shall be suggested and taken, so that actual production shall match planned production.
· Production supervisor shall coordinate and arrange with concern departments for availability of raw material and packaging material according to production plan. Any deviation will communicate immediately to in charge prod.
· Production supervisor is responsible for quality of products from RM feeding Packing Dispatch.
· Production supervisor shall responsible for machine routine check, inform immediately to maint department in case of breakdowns. Support in break down repair.
· Coordination in mould/ inserts changing and cleaning activities ( If mold maint person is not available in plant than supervisor will lead both activities )
· Responsible to maintain the Standards for PQCDSM (Productivity, Quality ,Cost , Delivery ,Safety and Morale )
· Task sheet to be updated, monitored daily and participation in morning meeting.
· Responsible for improvement activities like Kaizens. Suggestions, TPM , and other improvement activities.
· Shift handover to be done timely with relieving.
Working hrs 12 hrs
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
