Job Title: Software / IT Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Software / IT Executive to design, develop, maintain, and support software applications and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Software Development
- Design, develop, test, and maintain desktop, web, and mobile applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues.
- Participate in software deployment and version control.
- Develop APIs and integrate third-party services.
IT Support
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
- Provide technical support to employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, system permissions, and backups.
- Ensure system security and data protection.
Database Management
- Design and maintain databases.
- Perform data backup and recovery.
- Optimize database performance.
- Execute SQL queries and generate reports.
System Maintenance
- Monitor system performance.
- Install software updates and security patches.
- Maintain servers and cloud infrastructure.
- Perform preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
Documentation
- Prepare technical documentation.
- Maintain software manuals and user guides.
- Document system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with Electronics, Mechanical, Production, and Sales teams.
- Gather software requirements from users.
- Participate in project planning and development meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in software development or IT support (Freshers with strong technical skills may also apply).
Technical Skills
- Programming: C, C++, C#, Java, Python, JavaScript
- Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js
- Database: MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
- Operating Systems: Windows, Linux
- Networking: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (preferred)
- Version Control: Git, GitHub
- APIs: RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
