Position : Service Co-Ordinator
Reports to : Sr. Manager / DRM
Location : Chandigarh
Minimum Years of Experience : 5 Years
Maximum Years of Experience : 6 Years
Minimum Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline
Preferred Qualifications : Post-Graduate/ Computer course (knowledge of working on Excel and CRM)
Type of Work Experience Required (Mandatory) * : Candidate should have experience of working with a large team of engineers and handling a large volume for quotation preparation, order processing, invoice submission, payment entry and other backend activity

Responsibilities :
- To prepare the quotes for AMC, CMC, SCA (Spares/Consumables and Accessories) on a daily basis
- Processing Service and SCA orders daily
- Updating customer and instrument data in CRM
- Entering the payment receipt daily in the service software
- Sending PIR (Pre-installation requisites) to customers in coordination with the technical expert
- To communicate with customers for following up on the orders, commercial clarifications, outstanding payments, and dispatch schedules
- To send Proforma Invoice and Tax Invoice to customers
- To communicate with the internal backend team (Stores/Warehouse/Accounts) for order and dispatch related updates
- To assign the calls to engineers as directed by Service Managers
- Email communication with internal and external customers
- Daily backend support to the branch service team
- To submit consumption form for free supply items (for installation) and co-ordinate with H.O/Store for timely dispatch

Specific skills/knowledge required for this position :
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel is mandatory
