Roles and Responsibilities:
· Spectroscopic Analysis: Conduct tests on raw materials and finished products (cast iron) to identify exact material grades and chemical breakdowns.
· Sample Preparation: Cut, grind, and polish metal samples to ensure the surface is perfect for accurate spectro-analysis.
· Instrument Maintenance: Calibrate and troubleshoot the spectrometer equipment daily to guarantee reliable, high-quality data.
· Reporting: Document material grades, prepare test certificates, and maintain strict quality control records.
· Cross-Department Coordination: Work directly with the production and quality assurance teams to communicate test results and address non-conforming castings.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
