Customer Support Agent to handle troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat, or ticketing systems
- Resolve product, service, or billing-related issues promptly
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Follow defined support processes
- Provide clear and professional communication to customers
- Computer Literacy with sound knowledge of office applications
