About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Photo Editor to join our image editing team.
The role involves editing professional real estate photography for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom and be able to produce clean, natural and consistent property images while maintaining the original look of the photograph.
This position is suitable for someone who has a good eye for detail and wants to build expertise in professional real estate photo editing.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit real estate interior and exterior photographs professionally.
- Perform exposure, colour, white balance and contrast corrections.
- Work with HDR and bracketed real estate images.
- Perform flash/ambient image blending when required.
- Correct vertical and horizontal perspective and lens distortion.
- Perform window pulls and sky replacements where required.
- Use Photoshop masking and selection tools accurately.
- Remove unwanted objects, wires, spots and other distractions.
- Perform realistic retouching without making the property look artificial.
- Maintain consistent colour, exposure and editing style across an entire property.
- Follow editing instructions and company quality standards.
- Complete assigned work within the required turnaround time.
- Review images carefully before final delivery.

Important
This is not a general graphic-design position.
Candidates should be genuinely interested in photo editing, particularly professional real estate/property photography. A strong understanding of Photoshop is important, but the ability to produce natural, clean and consistent real estate images is more important than simply knowing many Photoshop tools.
Candidates may be required to complete a short practical editing test before selection.
