Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Revit modeler to join our design and drafting team. The candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural and/or structural detailing and experience in creating accurate and high-quality architectural 3D models using Autodesk Revit. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to deliver coordinated and precise BIM models and drawings for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage detailed 3D Revit models for architectural, structural, or MEP disciplines.
- Develop construction drawings, sections, and details from Revit models.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure model accuracy and coordination across disciplines.
- Follow project standards and BIM protocols to maintain consistency and quality.
- Update models as designs evolve and incorporate changes as required.
- Maintain documentation and version control of Revit files and related outputs.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is a must.
- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and other related software (e.g., SketchUp, Enscape, Navisworks).
- Strong understanding of architectural or structural drawings and detailing standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Degree/diploma in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Certified course completed in Revit preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
