1. Coordinate projects completely for Projects such as EOT cranes & structural fabrication projects in all stages - design, manufacturing, site installation upto handover - with all departments coordination
2. Update status of all ongoing projects, site installations & service activities.
3. Control and coordinate manpower based on requirement at site or at fabrication shopfloor
