Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute civil construction and industrial infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
- Manage civil works for factory buildings, production areas, warehouses, utility buildings, offices, roads, drainage, foundations and other industrial facilities.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, structural consultants and internal project teams.
- Supervise RCC, structural, masonry, flooring, plastering, waterproofing, roofing and finishing works.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, method statements and construction schedules.
- Monitor contractor performance, manpower, material requirements and daily site progress.
- Ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project timelines.
- Coordinate with MEP, electrical, mechanical, production, utility, EHS and maintenance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper implementation of QA/QC procedures.
- Verify quantities, measurements, contractor bills and work completion records.
- Identify site issues, resolve technical challenges and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely closure.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements, permit systems and industrial site standards.
- Support project planning, cost monitoring, estimation and procurement activities.
- Manage civil contractors and ensure optimum utilization of manpower and resources.
- Ensure proper documentation including drawings, inspection reports, work permits, measurement sheets and project handover documents.
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to management.
Mandatory Industry Experience
FMCG manufacturing experience is mandatory, preferably involving factory expansion, plant modification, brownfield/greenfield projects, production facilities or industrial infrastructure.
Candidates with experience in the following industries will be preferred:

Technical Requirements
- Strong knowledge of industrial civil construction and project execution.
- Experience in RCC and structural works, foundations, flooring, waterproofing, roads and drainage.
- Ability to read and interpret civil, structural and architectural drawings.
- Good understanding of BOQ, quantity estimation, contractor billing and material reconciliation.
- Knowledge of construction quality control and inspection procedures.
- Experience handling multiple contractors and project activities simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD and MS Project/Primavera is preferred.
Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute.
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in civil project execution, preferably within FMCG manufacturing / industrial plant environments.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
