Key Responsibilities
- Patient Interaction: Make outbound and receive inbound calls to assist patients and clients with their medical queries.
- Health Guidance: Utilize basic medical knowledge to understand patient needs and guide them to the right healthcare solutions or professionals.
- Documentation: Accurately record patient information, consultation details, and follow-up requirements into our system.
- Communication: Clearly explain services, appointment details, and general healthcare information in both English and Hindi.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone on all calls, ensuring a high standard of patient care.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or healthcare.
- Education: Dpharma or Bpharma
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with basic Hindi and English
- Setup: Must have a quiet workspace, a reliable internet connection, and a smartphone/laptop to effectively work from home after the training period.
Important Note for Applicants: While this is a remote (Work from Home) role, candidates must attend a mandatory 7-day in-person training at our head office in Sector 18, Gurugram, and must have a laptop
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
