Job description:
Location: Raipur
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and handle TSPL’s e-commerce platforms such as Meesho and other marketplaces.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of e-commerce accounts, including product listing, pricing, and catalog management.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory updates, and dispatch tracking.
Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and work on revenue growth strategies.
Handle platform compliance, promotions, offers, and campaigns.
Resolve customer complaints, returns, and escalations related to e-commerce orders.
Maintain accuracy in product data, images, descriptions, and stock availability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience in handling e-commerce platforms.
Hands-on experience with Meesho or similar marketplaces.
Good understanding of online sales operations, order lifecycle, and marketplace policies.
Basic knowledge of MIS reporting and sales analysis.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
