Role Description
As an Immigration Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for handling client consultations, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable immigration solutions, and guiding clients through the immigration process. This is a target-oriented role that requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client consultations and follow-ups professionally for Germany, Australia, and Canada immigration services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable immigration solutions.
- Build strong client relationships and establish trust.
- Manage leads effectively and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client journey.
- Coordinate with clients regarding documentation and immigration procedures.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads regularly.
Requirements
- 1.5 to 8 years of experience as an Immigration Sales Consultant is mandatory.
- Good understanding of immigration sales and client consulting.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Tamil or Telugu will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Positive attitude with a result-oriented mindset.
- Smart, confident, and proactive personality.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
- This is a work-from-office role at our HSR Layout, Bengaluru office. Work from home is not available.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in immigration sales with the ability to identify opportunities and achieve targets.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer service and consulting abilities.
- Knowledge of immigration processes and services is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.
