About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and people-oriented Employee Engagement Manager to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing engagement initiatives, employee recognition programs, wellness activities, internal communication, and culture-building strategies that improve employee experience and retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement employee engagement strategies across the organization.
- Plan and organize employee events, celebrations, festivals, annual functions, team-building activities, and recreational programs.
- Develop and manage employee recognition and rewards programs.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve workplace culture.
- Coordinate employee wellness initiatives and health awareness programs.
- Manage onboarding engagement activities for new employees.
- Collaborate with HR, Admin, and department heads to enhance employee experience.
- Drive initiatives that improve employee morale, motivation, and retention.
- Create engaging internal communication, newsletters, announcements, and employee updates.
- Organize birthday celebrations, work anniversaries, appreciation events, and milestone recognition.
- Monitor employee participation and measure the effectiveness of engagement programs.
- Support CSR initiatives and community engagement activities where applicable.
- Handle employee grievance escalation related to workplace culture and engagement.
- Promote the organization's vision, values, and culture through creative initiatives.
- Maintain engagement calendars, budgets, and activity reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in Employee Engagement, HR, Corporate Communications, or Culture Management.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
