2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Market Mapping: Identify and research potential clients in sectors like Education, Defense, Railways, and Healthcare.
- Lead Prospecting: Use LinkedIn, industry directories, and cold calling to connect with key decision-makers (Nodal Officers, HR Heads, Tech Leads).
- Tender Support: Assist the senior management team in tracking government tenders (GeM/CPP Portal) and preparing technical/commercial bid documents.
B. Sales & Client Relationship Management
- Product Demos: Conduct high-quality presentations and live demonstrations of Mindpik’s software platforms to prospective clients.
- Negotiation: Assist in the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to price negotiation and contract closure.
