- Financial Record Management: Maintaining accurate daily financial transactions, ledgers, and cash books.
- Tax Compliance & Statutory Filing: Handling GST reconciliations and filing, TDS deductions and returns, and other statutory regulations.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Managing vendor invoices, payments, and client collections.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements with company records to resolve discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements like balance sheets and income statements.
- Audit Support: Assisting with internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- MIS & Documentation: Preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports for decision-making and ensuring proper document management.
- Software Proficiency: Using accounting software such as Tally and conversant with excel accounting
- Having Graduation and communicate well in english
