The focus of the role will be to:
- Provide programmatic support towards more effective delivery of health services.
- Connect and coordinate with all the stakeholders of public health in the block, in the Primary Health Centre’s (PHCs), and Sub-centres.
- Engage with the staff and frontline workers to strengthen the delivery of services at VHSNDs, including ASHAs, ANMs, CHOs, MOs, community, SHGs and PRIs.
- Conducting needs assessment, planning and training activities for health personnel.
- Develop health education, encourage health seeking behaviors and community ownership of health over time.
Required Qualifications, Experience, Skills
- Masters / Post Graduate degree in related with relevant professional work experience.
- 3-5 years of on-ground experience working with the public health system and communities in rural areas.
- RMNCH (Reproductive Maternal Newborn Child Health) related experience will be an advantage.
- Effective communication abilities with PHCs and Sub-centres staff, frontline workers, and our block teams.
- Capacity building experience/skills, and fluency in Hindi and English.
