The Sr.Manager/Manager-Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and boost revenue. This role involves overseeing digital and offline marketing, brand partnerships, public relations, and customer experience strategies to position BLR Brewing Co. as a premier F&B and craft brewing brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and implement a strong brand positioning strategy aligned with BLR Brewing Co.'s vision and business objectives.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels, including digital, in-store, and traditional media.
Monitor brand performance and consumer perception, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
2. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive footfall, sales, and customer loyalty.
Conceptualize and implement seasonal and event-based promotions to maximize engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content, including social media, advertisements, and influencer collaborations.
3. Digital & Social Media Marketing
Lead the digital marketing strategy, including co-originating and managing external digital marketing agency & content curation agency like photographer and videographers and any other freelancers.
Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
4. Customer Engagement & Experience
Develop and execute strategies to enhance the overall customer experience at BLR Brewing Co. outlets.
Work closely with the operations and service teams to implement feedback-based improvements.
Build and nurture a community around the brand through experiential marketing, events, and loyalty programs.
5. Partnerships & Collaborations
Identify and build strategic partnerships with PR Agency, infleuncers, brands, and event organizers to expand BLR Brewing Co.’s reach.
Develop collaborations with breweries, restaurants, and local businesses for co-branded events and cross-promotions.
6. Public Relations & Media Management
Oversee PR agency and monitor their exexutions and curate strategies PR plans to secure media coverage in food, beverage, and lifestyle publications.
Monitor PR agency who handles relationships with journalists, bloggers, and key industry stakeholders.
Manage crisis communication and brand reputation effectively.
7. Market Research & Consumer Insights
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Use data analytics to drive decision-making and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
Regularly track customer feedback and implement insights into marketing strategies.
8. Budgeting & Performance Analysis
Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively to optimize spending and maximize ROI.
Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
Continuously refine marketing efforts based on KPIs and business goals.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
*Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
*Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement strategies.
*Ability to drive innovative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
*Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
*Data-driven mindset with expertise in market research and analytics.
*Passion for craft brewing, food, and hospitality is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
