Job Description:
As a Sales Manager at iWitnes, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Home Security and CCTV Installation & Service business. You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with other departments to achieve sales targets and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong understanding of our services, the ability to develop strategic sales plans, and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Sales Strategy and Planning:**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against these targets.
2. **Team Leadership and Development:**
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear performance objectives for team members.
3. **Customer Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and understanding their requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the customer service team to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless service experience.
4. **Business Development:**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and market presence.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and promotional activities.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders and potential clients to drive business growth.
5. **Sales Performance and Reporting:**
- Monitor sales activities, track sales metrics, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and progress toward targets.
- Utilize CRM systems and other tools to effectively manage and organize sales activities and customer interactions.
6. **Technical Product Knowledge:**
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's services, including Home Security, CCTV Installation & Service, Video Door Phone, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Networking.
- Communicate technical features and benefits to customers effectively, addressing their specific security needs.
7. **Compliance and Ethics:**
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the home security or related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Knowledge of home security systems and related technologies is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
