Job Responsibilities
- Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, vanities, and other customized furniture.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings in AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and installation teams.
- Prepare cutting lists, and material calculations.
- Generate customer quotations using Excel.
- Ensure all designs are practical, production-friendly, and meet client requirements.
- Optimize material usage and minimize wastage.
- Create accurate production drawings for factory execution.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and production files.
- Use Pytha software for furniture design and production planning.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Formulas, BOQ, Costing, Quotations)
- Good understanding of modular furniture manufacturing.
- Knowledge of hardware, accessories, and panel materials.
- Ability to prepare production-ready drawings.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of PYTHA software will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Civil, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in modular kitchen and wardrobe designing.
Location
Santej, Gujarat
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
