Analyst – Investments & Investor Relations
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Compensation: ~₹15 Lakh per annum (CTC)

Overview
We are looking to onboard a high-potential Junior Analyst to work closely across two strategic functions: multi-asset investing within a family office and Investor Relations for a listed company.
This role is designed for individuals with strong analytical foundations, intellectual curiosity, and a disciplined approach to execution. The position offers direct exposure to diverse asset classes, capital allocation decisions, and institutional-grade investor communication.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Analysis – Family Office
Evaluate and track investment opportunities across listed and private equity, high-yield credit, real assets, and real estate
Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment
Develop investment notes, internal memos, and portfolio tracking frameworks
Monitor portfolio performance and generate actionable insights
Track macro trends, sectors, and emerging opportunities
Maintain structured investment databases
Investor Relations – Listed Company
Prepare investor communication: quarterly updates, press releases, presentations, transcripts, filings
Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows
Review analyst reports, track consensus estimates, maintain databases
Prepare shareholding analysis and track investor behavior
Develop MIS reports for senior management
Support corporate presentations and financial templates
Assist in Annual Report preparation
Candidate Profile
Background
MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred
Strong academic grounding in finance/economics
Experience
2–4 years in investment research, corporate finance, consulting, or IR
Core Skills
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to present structured insights
Communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technology & AI
Familiarity with AI/LLM tools for productivity
