Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented human resources manager to join our team. the ideal candidate will take charge of managing all hr-related activities within the organization, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and contributing to the development and implementation of hr policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Manage all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management and compliance.
Collaborate closely with senior management to develop and implement hr policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
Stay informed about and ensure compliance with current employment laws and regulations.
Oversee staffing management, employee training, and performance improvement initiatives.
Handle payroll operations and understand tax implications for vendor bill payments.
Foster positive employee relations and contribute to a healthy organizational culture.

Skills

Minimum 4 Years of experience as an HR generalist.
Strong knowledge of employment law and current hr regulations.
Demonstrated decision-making skills with expertise in employee relations, staffing, and training.
Understanding of payroll operations and tax implications for vendor bill payments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and time management skills.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and effectively multitask.
