We are looking for people who likes to work as HR Intern in media and art industry. 7d Ad Valley is a new startup located at Hosa Road,Choodasandra,560099, Bangalore which is into advertising,wedding shoots,fashion modeling/acting and visual content creation. Individuals who can take charge and work autonomously will be preferred. The job role will be having candidate screening calling,co-ordination of interviews, follow-ups,HR visual video content creation etc who matches these requirements can apply for the internship position where timing would be 10:30 am- 7 : 00 pm,Monday-Saturday will be work schedule.If you are looking for half day part time jobs this may not the right opportunity.As this is Work From Office (WFO) if selected you have to relocate, duration will be 3 months, first month will be training period during stipend would be ₹5000-₹10,000, second month onwards based on evaluation the pay may raise upto ₹15,000 depends upon your pro activeness, flexibility to assist the manager to execute the tasks on schedules and ability to adapt to the situation.Prefers candidates who likes to work with blooming startups and look for a long term growth in hierarchy when company grows in which at the moment we are in a humble office setup.
Roles and Responsibilities:
*Developing and executing comprehensive recruiting plans and strategies to attract qualified candidates.
*Coordinating and managing all parts of the hiring process.
*Collaborating with manager to develop accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
*Posting job ads and reviewing resumes and job applications.
*On camera training for creating presentation,HR content etc
*Sourcing and recruiting candidates through databases, job boards, social media etc
*Coordinating and conducting interviews.
*Screening and evaluating candidates.
*Creating and assessing assignments on language, logical reasoning, and aptitude.
*Developing relationships with colleges and universities.
*Negotiating job offers and salary packages.
*Ensuring the testing requirements match the job.
*Giving the team and management frequent recruiting reports and assessments.
*Assisting manager in meeting,candidate cordination,location scouting activities in and out Bangalore.
*Building connections to find superior prospects.
*Adhering to corporate guidelines and policies.
*Hiring excellent individuals who align with the organization’s culture.
*Running new hire training programs for smooth onboarding.
*Contributing to HR projects and collaborating with other departments.
*Continuously learning the new HR processes and adapting the industry’s best practices.
*You will be having cold-calling, co-ordination of interviews and trials, follow-ups etc.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
