Key Responsibilities1. Engineering Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and oversee the complete engineering function across multiple real estate projects.
- Develop engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Drive innovation, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
2. Design & Technical Management
- Supervise architectural, structural, and MEP coordination activities during design and execution stages.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and consultant submissions to ensure quality and compliance.
- Ensure efficient and sustainable engineering solutions are implemented across projects.
3. Project Planning & Execution
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within approved budgets and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Identify project risks, technical challenges, and implement corrective actions proactively.
4. Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, engineering standards, and safety norms.
- Conduct regular engineering audits and quality reviews across sites.
- Promote best practices in construction quality, safety, and sustainability.
5. Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the key technical interface between management, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Participate in management reviews and provide technical recommendations for project improvements.
- Support procurement and commercial teams with technical evaluations and vendor finalization.
6. Team Management & Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage engineering, design coordination, and execution teams.
- Build a collaborative and performance-driven engineering culture.
- Support team development through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
Desired Candidate ProfileQualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Master’s degree in Project Management or Construction Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 15 to 20 years of experience in engineering and project management within large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate developments.
- Proven experience in handling multiple projects and leading cross-functional engineering teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project execution, and design coordination.
- Expertise in engineering standards, quality systems, and project planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and related engineering tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive projects with a strong focus on timelines, cost control, and quality.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
