Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electronics Engineer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in electronic systems, PCB troubleshooting, testing, and process improvement. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve electronic hardware issues while ensuring product quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic circuits and PCB assemblies.
- Perform testing, validation, and failure analysis of electronic products.
- Read and interpret electronic schematics, circuit diagrams, and technical documents.
- Support production in resolving electronic hardware-related issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain testing records, reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
- Experience in PCB testing and troubleshooting.
- Ability to use electronic test equipment such as a multimeter, Oscilloscope, and Power Supply.
- Knowledge of soldering, component identification, and circuit analysis.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and technical reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or industrial electronics.
- Knowledge of Quality Tools (7 QC Tools, RCA, CAPA).
- Understanding of ESD handling and IPC standards is an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication or Electronics Engineering.
- 5–6 years of relevant industry experience.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,291.91 per month
